What is a ticket?

A ticket is a pointer used to track an issue where an issue is either a bug or a suggested new feature. Tickets, thus issues can be raised against of the mUzima projects

Where are mUzima issues tracked?

The mUzima Jira contains all of our issue tracking and project management tools.

You can filter issues based on different parameters. e.g This filter shows a list of core muzima tickets.

How to Create an Issue

  1. Search existing issues to make sure that your bug or enhancement has not already been described.
  2. If you believe your bug/enhancement is new, create a new issue describing the bug/enhancement.
